Before you start
Stay on WiFi while you install. Downloading the eSIM needs a connection, and at that moment your phone has no mobile data of its own.
Open the QR on a second screen — a laptop or another phone — so you can scan it. If you have no second screen, save the image to your phone instead; every handset can pick a QR out of the gallery.
On an iPhone
- Open Settings, then tap Cellular (or Mobile Data).
- Tap Add eSIM, then Use QR Code.
- Scan the QR code we send you on WhatsApp.
- Label the plan — 'eJurs' works — and finish setup.
- Under Cellular Data, choose the eJurs line, and turn Data Roaming on.
On a Samsung
- Open Settings, then Connections, then SIM manager.
- Tap Add eSIM, then Scan QR code from service provider.
- Scan the QR code we send you on WhatsApp.
- Once added, set the eJurs line as your mobile data SIM.
- Turn Data roaming on for that line.
On a Google Pixel
- Open Settings, then Network & internet.
- Tap SIMs, then the + next to Download a SIM instead.
- Scan the QR code we send you on WhatsApp.
- Set the eJurs line as your mobile data SIM.
- Turn Roaming on for that line.
On any other phone
Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei and OnePlus word it slightly differently, but the steps are the same:
- Open your phone's network or SIM settings.
- Look for Add eSIM, Download a SIM, or Add mobile plan.
- Choose the option to scan a QR code.
- Scan the QR code we send you on WhatsApp.
- Set the eJurs line as your data SIM and turn on data roaming.
Data roaming has to be on
This is the step people miss. eJurs is a roaming eSIM, so with data roaming switched off the profile installs perfectly and no internet arrives.
It costs nothing extra. You are only ever using the plan you bought.
If the internet still does not come on
Work through these in order:
- Is mobile data on, and is the eJurs line selected for data?
- Is data roaming on for that line specifically?
- Turn airplane mode on and off — that forces the phone to register again.
- Still nothing? Restart the phone.
If none of that works, message us on WhatsApp. We can see the state of your eSIM from our side.
Common questions
The eSIM installed but says "No Service"?
First check that the eJurs line is switched on and selected for mobile data. Then turn on Data Roaming for that line, and switch Airplane mode on and off once. If it still does not connect, message us on WhatsApp.
Should Data Roaming be on or off?
On, for the eJurs line. This is a roaming eSIM, so with roaming off the internet will not start. There is no extra charge — only your plan is used.
How many times can a QR be installed?
Once. After installation the eSIM is tied to that handset, so do not forward the QR to anyone, and tell us before you change phones.
Do I have to remove my existing SIM?
No. The eSIM runs alongside it as a second line. Calls keep arriving on your old SIM and the internet runs on eJurs.
Do I still need the QR after installing?
Not to use it, but keep it. If you ever have to factory-reset the phone, talk to support first — the same QR will not install a second time.
