How does this work on a non-PTA phone?
This is a roaming eSIM, not a local Pakistani SIM. PTA registration applies to local SIMs. eJurs data comes from a foreign network, so it works on non-PTA phones too — the phone just needs eSIM support.
Do I get calls and SMS?
No. This is data only. No calls, no SMS. WhatsApp calls, IMO and Messenger all run on data, so those work fine.
What is the refund policy?
If the QR was never used (not activated), full refund within 7 days. After activation there is no refund, because the data is already allocated. For technical problems talk to support first — we usually fix it.
How long does delivery take?
Two to ten minutes after the payment is confirmed. Manual payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank) need a screenshot check, so they can take a little longer. Card and USDT are instant.
Which phones are supported?
iPhone XR and newer, Samsung S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3a and newer, and some Xiaomi / Oppo / Huawei models. Use the checker above or dial *#06#.
What if I run out of data?
Top up. The new data is added to the eSIM already installed on your phone — no new QR code and nothing to reinstall. A top-up extends your validity as well. You can see your eSIMs and what is left under "My data".
Does eJurs work on a JV phone?
No. JV — carrier-locked — handsets are not supported, so please do not buy eJurs for one. Note that non-PTA and JV are different things: an unlocked non-PTA phone works perfectly well, because eJurs is a roaming eSIM and needs no PTA registration. How long does an eSIM work on a non-PTA phone?
For as long as the plan's validity — 7 or 30 days — and longer with a top-up. PTA's 60-day block does not apply, because this is a roaming eSIM, not a local SIM. A local Jazz or Zong eSIM is different: in a non-PTA phone it is blocked after 60 days, just like a plastic SIM.
