We never see your card details. Card payments happen on the payment provider's own checkout page. The card number, expiry and CVC are never sent to eJurs and are never stored on our systems.
1. Who is responsible for your data
eJurs, Karachi, Pakistan is the data controller for the information described here.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- WhatsApp number — required. It is where the eSIM QR code is delivered, and how you log in to the self-serve data portal.
- Name — required, so we can identify the order.
- Email address — optional, used only if we cannot reach you on WhatsApp.
- Payment screenshot — only when you pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, so we can confirm the payment reached us.
Information created by your order
- Which plan you bought, when, what you paid, and any coupon applied.
- The eSIM issued to you, its activation status, and its data usage — this is what the portal shows you.
- Your messages to us on WhatsApp or by email, so support has the history.
What we do not collect
- Card numbers, expiry dates or CVCs — these go to the payment provider, never to us.
- The contents of your internet traffic. We can see how much data an eSIM has used, not what it was used for.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site does set a first-party analytics cookie — section 3 explains what it does and how to switch it off.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site sets a small number of cookies. None of them are advertising cookies, and none of them follow you to other websites.
- Sign-in cookies (ejurs_portal; ejurs_partner or ejurs_admin for partners and staff) — these keep you signed in to the portal. Without them you would have to enter a code again on every page.
- Referral cookie (ejurs_ref) — set for 30 days when you arrive through a partner's link, so the partner who sent you is credited for the sale. Only our server can read it; scripts in your browser cannot.
- Analytics cookies (_ga and one beginning _ga_) — set by Google Analytics, so that pages viewed in one visit can be told apart from a separate visit.
What analytics tells us
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages and plans they look at, and where they give up. Google uses your IP address to work out an approximate location, usually the city; the address itself does not appear in our reports. What we see is counts and trends, not named people — this is not joined to your order, your WhatsApp number or your eSIM.
Analytics data is not used for advertising, and this site carries no ad tags.
How to turn it off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on. Turning analytics off does not affect buying, activating or topping up an eSIM. The sign-in and referral cookies are needed for the site to work.
4. Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought — issuing the eSIM, sending the QR code, and confirming payment.
- To support you — answering questions and fixing connection problems.
- To improve the site — aggregate figures showing which pages and plans people actually use, so we can fix what is confusing.
- To meet our obligations — keeping records of sales and refunds as required by law and by our partners.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- Our payment provider — to take and, where applicable, refund payment.
- WhatsApp / Meta — your number, so the QR code and support messages can be delivered. Their own privacy terms apply to the messaging platform itself.
- Our connectivity partner — the operator that issues and provisions the eSIM profile.
- Google — the visit data described in section 3, as our analytics provider.
Some of these partners operate outside Pakistan, so your information may be processed abroad. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to support the eSIM and to satisfy accounting and legal requirements. Payment screenshots are kept only until the payment is verified and the refund window for that order has closed. Support conversations are kept while they remain useful for helping you. Analytics data sits separately with Google under that property's own retention setting, and is not linked to order records.
7. Security
Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to run the service, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping card data out of our systems entirely removes the most sensitive category of risk.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong — a mistyped number, for instance;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@ejurs.com from the number or address on the order. Deleting your data ends any active eSIM tied to it, since we would no longer be able to identify or support it.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this page.
11. Contact
WhatsApp +92 335 5888812 or email hello@ejurs.com, daily from 10am to 10pm.
12. Language
This policy is published in English and Roman Urdu. If the two versions ever differ, the English version applies.
