What this means for a non-PTA Galaxy S26 series
PTA registration applies to local SIMs. eJurs is a roaming eSIM, so no local SIM is involved and an unregistered handset still gets online.

Open the dialer on your Galaxy S26 series and dial *#06#. If an EID appears alongside the IMEI, the phone has an eSIM.
It must also be free of a carrier lock — worth confirming on anything bought second-hand or brought in from abroad.
Installing an eSIM on a Samsung phone
- Open Settings, then Connections, then SIM manager.
- Tap Add eSIM, then Scan QR code from service provider.
- Scan the QR code we send you on WhatsApp.

- Turn Data roaming on for that line.
